Fees for non-NHS work
Medical examinations, reports etc, for private purposes, which fall outside NHS provision are done outside consulting hours. These include taxi, HGV and insurance medicals, fitness for certain sports and pre-employment etc.
All examinations and forms needing completion by a GP will attract a fee which will need to be paid in advance.

Non NHS examinations
Medical examinations for private purposes which fall outside NHS provision are done outside consulting hours. These include taxi, HGV and insurance medicals, fitness for certain sports and pre-employment. These examinations can be arranged by the receptionist and a fee will be charged at the recommended BMA rate. Please ask the receptionist for the fee structure, the fee will be payable at the time of the examination.
