Urgent Support

If you require urgent support with mental health issues, call 111 and choose option 2. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for anyone in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot with a mental health concern, including relatives who need advice.

SilverCloud
SilverCloud is an online course designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression. You will work through a series of topics a therapist selects to address your needs. This service is currently free for any NHS patient in Wales.

Swansea Mind is a local branch of the national charity Mind, which provides support and advice for anyone struggling with mental health issues.

Domestic Abuse
